WEBSITE PURPOSE AND RELATIONSHIP TO CONDADO’S SERVICES

Condado’s Website is provided free of charge and is intended to offer general information regarding Condado’s corporate profile, capabilities, industries served, and areas of professional focus, including but not limited to Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), consulting, technology implementation, and managed services.

IMPORTANT:

  • Creates a contractual obligation for Condado to provide services;
  • Modifies any existing client agreement (MSA, SOW, Service Order, etc.);
  • Constitutes an offer or acceptance capable of forming a binding contract;

All Condado professional services, including CCaaS and related projects, are governed exclusively by the specific written and executed contract between Condado and each relevant client.
